Terms & Conditions – eXtra Loyalty Rewards Program  (August 2024)

1.   Parties to the Reward Scheme

1.1 Promoter
Robert Bosch (Australia) Pty Ltd (Bosch) offers the eXtra Rewards Program (Program). 

1.2 Providers

Incentive Solutions Australia Pty Limited has been engaged by Bosch as the Rewards Fulfillment Partner for the Program.

1.3 Participants
The Program is open to all Bosch Car Service Workshops, as well as selected workshops, resellers, and distributors of Bosch Mobility Aftermarket products, invited by Bosch (in its sole discretion), in the Australian and New Zealand markets. (Participants). Any Participants who have outstanding payments due to Bosch will be prevented from using the Program until all payments are made in full and have cleared the account. 

To participate in the Program, the business owner must register as a Participant on the eXtra rewards loyalty website or application (collectively Platform).  Registration for the Program and use of the Platform does not incur a charge (internet access is required).

Only the business owner (and, if applicable, all shareholders jointly) can act on behalf of the Participant with respect to the Program. 
If the person acting is not the owner or shareholder of the Participant, it is assumed that the owner has consented; however, if requested by Bosch, evidence of consent must be provided. The owner and the person acting must be over 18 years of age. 

Any changes to the details of the Participant must be updated on their profile or by advising the eXtra Support Team on [insert contact details] within 5 business days. Bosch is not responsible for non-delivery of rewards as a result of incorrect or out of date Participant details.


By registering a Participant account and using the Program via the Platform, the Participant accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2.   Setting up the Participant's Account
Bosch will provide instruction on how to set up an eXtra account accordingly for each Participant.

The process will include account registration via an email triggered by the Platform.
After the account is activated, the Participant will be granted access to the Program and can begin collecting points. Points will not be recorded retrospectively for accounts which have not been activated.
All points awarded are personal to the Participant. The Participant is not entitled to transfer or assign an account or points collected through the Program.
Only one account per Participant is permitted. A Participant operating from more than one premise may register all premises and collect all points on one account. 


3.   Password Security
The Participant’s account is password protected. The Participant must ensure that no other person obtains details of its password. 
If the Participant suspects that another person has obtained password details or if any other abusive use is suspected, the Participant must immediately change its password and inform the eXtra Support Team via email [insert address].
The Participant shall be responsible for any act or omission by any person while accessing the Participant’s account using their account and password details, whether or not such access is authorised.

4.   Points Management
4.1 Points Credits
To collect points, Participants must purchase eligible products (Products) which include eligible Bosch Mobility Aftermarket products. Bosch may introduce non-Bosch products as Products from time to time.
To collect points, Participants must purchase Products from approved vendors. Participants agree to provide participating vendor customer numbers for Bosch to request Product unit data for the purpose of points upload into the Program.

All current eligible Products and approved vendors (which may be amended by Bosch from time to time) are listed on the Platform.
Points gained from purchases of Product through approved vendors during a calendar month will be loaded into the Program by the end of the following calendar moht or at latest every quarter. Vendors support Bosch with data. If teh data in not received from a vendor, points can not be allocated to Participant's eXtra accounts.

Participants may gain additional points during special promotional campaigns. Each special promotional campaign in the Program will be subject to separate terms and conditions which will be communicated to the Participant. 
The Participant is responsible for observing its obligations, if any, to its supplier of Products under the respective warranty and/or returns policy.
If any Product is returned by a Participant to a vendor, any points earned from that Product through the Program will be removed from the Participant’s account. 
An overview of the points value attributed to each Product included in the Program can be accessed via the Platform. The points value may change from time to time. The prevailing value will be the value at the date of successful submission to the Participant’s account.

4.2 Points Status

Points are awarded in line with the calculation information on the Platform.
A Participants can view its point status for the Program via the Platform
If a Participant believes points have been incorrectly or incompletely recorded against its account, the Participant must raise the issue within 2 months from the month in which the points were earned by contacting the eXtra Support Team via email [include address]. 
If the Participant fails to raise incorrect or incomplete point recording within the stated timeframe, Bosch may not be able to correct any error and the status of the points recorded will remain unchanged.

4.3 Expiration of Points
Points earned through the Program will expire after 18 months from the award date if they are not redeemed during that time.
If the points are not redeemed on the 18 month anniversary date after being awarded, they will be cancelled.
Notifications regarding the expiration of points will be emailed to the participant in the three months prior to their expiration.
The following terms apply.
If a Participant has not collected or redeemed any points within an 18 month period, Bosch will treat the account as closed. The Participant will be advised of the pending account closure in the three months prior to the deadline.
If a Participant sells its business or exits from the Bosch Car Service program, it may redeem the points prior to sale. After the sale of the business or exit from the program, the account will be closed.

5.   Rewards
Participants can redeem the points for rewards offered in the rewards catalogue via the Platform. The rewards are non-transferable or redeemable for cash. 
No interest accrues on the value on the Participant’s account. 
The rewards will be awarded to the Participant only. The Participant can redeem a reward once it acquires the corresponding number of points. The Participant can only redeem a reward of equal or lesser value to the points it has acquired. Rewards are only available whilst stocks last. 
If stock is not available at the time a Participant wishes to redeem a reward, the goods will be replaced by other goods of similar characteristics or of equal or higher value and the Participant will be notified by the Reward Fulfilment Partner either by email or by phone.
All values relating to the reward which are displayed in the rewards catalogue including the performance, weights, measurements and size are only approximate and merely serve as a description of the goods and do not constitute warranted characteristics or quality information. 
In the event of delivery of an incorrect reward, the Participant may return the reward at no charge within 14 days of receipt of the reward.
Once an order has been placed, the Participant shall receive an automated email confirming the order. The Reward Fulfilment Partner shall investigate without delay whether the Participant is eligible for the reward and whether the reward is available. 

If the reward is not available, the Reward Fulfilment Partner shall contact the Participant.
Points that have already been exchanged for rewards cannot be exchanged back for points or exchanged for rewards other than those selected.

Bosch and all of its related companies accept no responsibility for any tax which arises as a result of the Participants participation in the Program. The Participant is responsible for ensuring that all tax due is paid.
Terms and conditions of the manufacturer of any reward redeemed through the Program will apply to that reward. 

6.   Termination and Disqualification
Participation in the Program may be terminated and the Participant’s account closed by either Bosch or the Participant at any time by providing 30 days’ notice of termination in writing.  
The right to redeem the points already collected on the date of termination shall remain unaffected unless the termination was due to fraudulent participation by the Participant. Any points accrued in error or as a result of fraud may be cancelled.
Bosch may terminate a Participant from the Program if the Participant fails to comply with any of these terms and conditions or has engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct. 
At all times throughout a Participant’s participation in the Program, it must deal with Bosch in good faith in every respect. In the event of a Participant’s disqualification or termination, points collected will be forfeited with no compensation.


7.   Limitation of Liability
Bosch shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or for any personal injury or property damage) in connection with the Program, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
Data communication via the internet is not defect free and/or available at all times. Bosch does not provide, and has no control over communications, networks or services, the internet or other technology used, including the Platform,, and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to congestion, technical malfunction, viruses or otherwise  including, in particular, the delayed processing or acceptance of offers due to data communication problems.
Bosch accepts no responsibility for any errors, omissions or inconsistencies in any information provided in relation to the Program. 

8.   Changes to Conditions for Participation and Ordering
Bosch reserves the right to discontinue the Program by providing Participants with three months’ notice in writing.
Bosch reserves the right to amend and/or supplement these Terms and Conditions and the points values. Any amendments shall be notified in advance, and made available via the Platform.
Bosch’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Program is final and binding on every Participant and no correspondence shall be entered into.

9.        Place of jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia and the courts of Victoria shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
